  • Free gym at Head Office. Other sites have agreements with local gyms including reduced cost membership.

  • Cycle to Work scheme to make it easier for staff to obtain a bicycle and improve their health.
  • Volunteering day for all staff to take each year and dedicate to charitable activities of their choosing.

Holidays and financial rewards

We reward our staff in many ways, including:

  • Company bonus for non-commissioned team members, subject to yearly targets being met.
  • Private pension available for all staff. You will automatically be enrolled in our pension scheme unless you choose to opt out.
  • Holidays are 20 days per annum plus standard UK National and Bank Holidays. This increases by 1 day per full financial year worked to a maximum of 25 days. The 3 working days between Christmas and New Year are also given as holiday, enabling our staff to have a proper break and get ready for the next year.
